Wondering what grinder to buy to process venison?

What is reasonable to buy to process a couple of deer per season, capable of lasting and certainly not hand-crank?

Space limitations are important...not wanting to have to set up or to store a huge unit.

Thanks for your suggestions!

Larry

I've been using this one for years. If you already have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, this attachment will work for grinding and sausage making, at around $35.

Did not see a brand or model.
It sure can't be KitchenAid at only $35 - nothing they have is that reasonable.

Unless you get it at Costco, in which case it's only $2k. smile

It has been a while since we made sausage but we mill tomatoes every summer with this MR9:

https://www.fabioleonardiusa.com/product_detail_3760_3010.aspx

If you browse their website, you will find the TC22 meat grinder and all of the attachments for it. That’s what we used when we made sausage.

Looking to do it again when we finally get fully retired again!

Hi, Grandpa used one like this and made pretty good sausage. It looks like the picture but is heavy duty. It's a "collectable" it's marked made in USA, regards, Mike

Uncle Mike
I have a Griswold grinder that I have used for 40 years. Works fine.
