I bought that Net Weight at Blade 4 or 5 years ago to do a re-handle on my leather handled Bowles Skinner. James felt it would overpower the Skinner and said it would look better on the TC. Trust in James! He has some great Dall Sheep handle material.
That Dall Sheep horn is thinner and slightly curved; fits the palm of my hand perfectly.

But if you're looking for a quick project, restoring an old knife is really worthwhile. Rust can be removed, handles can be restored or replaced, and as long as there is life left in the blade, you can have a razor sharp knife that will make chopping and cooking at least 3 times as fun.
