I saw Chris Knight this past Saturday at the Toyota Bass Classic Tournament by the Lake Fork Dam.

Warren, This tree trimming has now been completed. 200 years of growing to end up like this. They probably should have cut this one down too.

There are likely local/state laws about cutting "down" any tree above X inches in diameter.

Instead of doing the paperwork to obtain an allowance, they leave behind some ugly like that.

Also depends upon the language in the easement that should allow for removal of all "danger" trees, including branches or total tree removal.
