One of the threads on here talked about Sam's Club and Costco meats.
I have to agree that their meat is the best for the buck. I've grilled or smoked just about every cut that they have and all are good.
But within Sam's Club the best meat for the buck is their Country Styled Pork Ribs. If you do 'em right, they are as good as a ribeye. Here is what I grilled yesterday for Father's Day.
