Thanks, Mitchell. Thanks, Tom. Those mini's on page 9 are fantastic.

The hilt-less Drop Point is on page 13. 1 of only 2 made without a hilt. WOW!

Eric,
I have also bought from this Ebay seller with no remorse..."BUT"...(Ya' knew it was coming)...all that glitters is not gold, with regards to the old green catalog. A bill of goods was sold to a good number of folks from this publication. Your #10, with Bo's signature, is a prime example.
While a good percentage of the knives featured in the catalog were unique, collectible and 100% Randall shop-made, a good portion were not. Even some of the knives that were sold as legitimate have been proven not to be so. The Model #10 was "not" shop-made and the signature was "not" authorized.
This is no reflection on the Ohio seller but, rather, a simple and plain fact. Anyone interested in assuring authenticity of their Randall knife needs to do what Bruce has done, i.e. send the knife and sheath combination to Joe Dorsky and get a Certificate of Authenticity. There is a large portion of the latest issue of "KNIFE KNEWS" dedicated to exactly this!
Hope this helps, Capt. Chris

Just dropping a few lines, don't believe everything in that catalog as Bible speak....

I spoke with Rick Bowles (designer of the Gambler) this morning and conferred with Jeff McCartney here at that shop, and we all agree that these "hump-back" 24's are the original Gambler protos made from 24 blades...there were about 10 made and need to be verified by Joe Dorksky...

The DP is legit and the model 10 as Cap has stated is not shop produced with that ivory handle and shape, etching done at a later date...

RMK will not be commenting on all these knives that will soon be coming out of the woodwork due to Jack Criders passing, so please do not call or send pictures to us...again we will refer you to Joe.

They are on ebay all of the time, both original and reproduction copies.
