Update - I think I found it, if the rules have not changed. I dug up who had it made originally...a gentleman out of Petoskey, Michigan by the name of Tom Symons. He owned Symons General Store. He loved hunting and fishing around the world, especially Alaska, and made many trips up...he even floated the Yukon River for 2100 miles! He opened up a hunting and fishing shop in the early 70's, called Chandler's, so he used these trips to purchase a lot of cool stuff from the natives, including whale teeth and walrus tusks. The scrimshaw work was done by Harold L'Esperance.
