Henkels are good, I have a knife that won the 1904 exhibition (St Louis World's Fair Winner), it still works great, I got it on ebay for about $100 and removed the rust. New Henkels and F.Dick are good if made in Germany - wife's Brother uses F.Dick

Can't beat Warther kitchen knives made in Dover, Ohio and their family are friends with the Randalls. Highly recommended
