Sounds like a great idea! I'd lean towards either the model 7 or model 8. I'm sure the model 10 is a great functional knife, but being that it is not forged I've never really warmed up to it.

Another thought, how about the new fillet knife with a few embelishments?

I like the idea of a model #7 for a fishing knife. How about we order it with the #6 grind. I'm attaching a picture of one with great shop supplied stag that was posted on another website. I really like the look of the stag on the particular knife.
