Peter very nice pics. Our snow is still with us though not as much. My dogs really love playing in it. Hey Cap'n speaking of dogs I haven't seen anything about Roscoe in a while. Is he doing well and still with you?

Thanks Tony and Sidney
We have been in a rainy pattern all day and most of the snow is gone and now we have mud.
I have great videos of the dogs playing in the snow, but I don't care to let them wrestle in the mud.
When it freezes up again they can play outside. We just got back from a walk and they were wet and a bit muddy
Capt. How is Roscoe doing this days, he must be getting big

We went out on New Years day afternoon, since the snow wasn't deep enough to ski and the weather was passable. The rest of the weekend, the windchill is supposed to be in single digits, not too much fun. I ran into a friend on the trail, so I am in a picture (I should have taken my hat off), and you can see my new Randall #28 on my right pack shoulder strap.
Wind started to pick up near the end and some of the walking was a little icy. I may not get out in the woods again until next weekend

Hi
Yesterday was sunny and in the 40's, still some snow, but not enough to x-country ski, so the boys and I went for a hike.
I have included a couple pictures of my #28 Woodsman in the woods

Thanks Tony
I try to get out as often as possible, often neglecting household chores, the weather was unusually nice and today it is going rain or wet snow all day. I'll get some chores done now.

Another nice Saturday for January, here are a few pictures, including one that is pretty artsy with the icicles near the stream. I just happened to see it and had to snap it.

Hi Tony
We have been receiving heavy rain since Sunday, I don't think much snow will be left after this since it is about 55 degrees now too.
It is supposed to get cold again later in the week.
I just try to make the best out of the available weather.
