I vote for a #25-6" as well. One way to make it special would be to use fine silver furniture with black and sterling silver spacers (the sterling silver spacers are subtly, but noticeably thicker than the standard aluminum ones). One of mine is configured like this:



One advantage of the #25 is that you are unlikely to reach the limit of five chargeable options. Metal spacers are standard. Thumb notches are also standard. Hand-picked Stag would be a must.
