Actually, like many many things in my life, I never looked at this from that angle. I don't sell on eBay but I do buy. My only sale was the knife Rick Schuchman made for me to list to benefit Greg Gutcher after the fire. For the most part eBay offers a great service and, as you all have said...It's their "deal". True: But it's still quite expensive, best and biggest withstanding, expensive is still expensive....Then of course: There's that "ivory" thing. That "gun" thing, etc. If somebody can beat the system...I understand their thinking. The "return" issue is something else again. Now "that" makes the auction shady, not that I was going to buy the knife anyway, but certainly wouldn't after Ken's post. I'm having my own "return" problems with an eBay auction at the moment...All good opinions...in "my" opinion.
