I don't know for sure what other parts are wrong and I don't know about the #14 either. I can't say that the slide is original to the frame either. I had looked up the serial number and the list I used said it was made in 1918. I am not an expert on the old Colt's, but it was a good deal when I bought it, especially since there was the extra slide and barrel with it.
I need to take it out some time this summer.
