Very nice 1911 do you know what the #14 under the serial number is about? Other than the barrell bushing, grips, grip safety and mainspring housing what other parts are wrong?

Are you sure about the date of the manufacture? I have to look it up but I think that the rampant colt logo at the rear of the slide was earlier than 1918.

In any event, that is a real nice example. I hope that you shoot it from time to time.
