My choice is ringed gidgee. If we choose this wood and Graham Rogers is kind enough to hand pick a piece, this would be my choice.

The wood is fairly unique to most of us, I would imagine. It would provide a beautiful and very unique knife. For me, having something unique, yet very stable and hardy, is a big prerequisite.
