Sometimes people forget their login name and password. Please write your login name and password down somewhere you will remember where to find them.
I can and will help you if you need it. So if you do need help, from either your display name or email, I can tell you your login name. I cannot tell you your password, as I cannot access that information, since it is confidential.
With your login name, proceed as follows if you have forgotten your password:
At the log-in page, there you can request your password. Follow that and our system will send you a temporary password by email (make sure your email is current).
Then you can get in and establish your preferred password by accessing "My Home" and then editing your Personal Information.
Do this by clicking on "Edit" at the end of this line: “Personal information, email, password, etc.”
When you establish your password, please copy down somewhere your login name and password.
