Great shot Tom! I'm 31 and that photo takes me back to my Boy Scout days...the Buck Pathfinder is a great knife. That model was the 3rd knife I "owned." My German shepherd rescue puppy, Taylor, chewed the sheath a little in college, but I still enjoy using the knife for camp duties! Thanks for sharing Tom, Jay

Ah Tom ... that's a great one. My first good "sheath" knife. Purchased when I was about 16-17 years old.
Gave it to my younger Son. But I can borrow it whenever I want! grin
ANOTHER cool photo! Nice work.

Thanks Jay and Tony. I've had this one since I was 14 years old. Still use it all the time.

Awesome Tom! Thanks for posting -here and the couple in other threads. Your timing was excellent in that I have had several "old friends" out and thinking about selling several. Now I'm hearing all these stories and voices when I'm looking at them............don't know that they need to go.....

Here's a basic 110. Probably "the" knife that is thought of when "Buck Knife" is mentioned. I've had it since the early 80's and it got stolen once and our local "finest" got it back for me, sans sheath, I had to get this one on ebay years ago.
The first Buck I had ever seen was back in about '67 or so. a soldier had one and showed it to me and I thought it was the most awesome knife I'd ever seen. I was hooked on knives forever after that. He said it cost him $17 and it was too rich for my blood back then. I was buying $3-$4 Case knives from the hardware store and vowed to one day have a Buck. (I wish I still had those Cases now!)

The 110 and 112 are the quintessential American made lockbacks for sure. Great knife, Pat.
