Well...it came a few week's ago and it was was well worth the wait. This is the 4 5/8" blade
version of The Captain's ..'Stanaback Special', with his new 'Bone Ivory' linen micarta. smile

I'm with you. The red spacers, along with the oxblood sheath, work well! I wasn't so sure. I've made a couple up in the past with colors quite similar (antique gold micarta, etc.) but the bone linen gets the nod for me.
