Things are quite a bit clearer now. We have:

* Carbon steel
* Sawteeth
* Brass double hilt (standard)
* Red, white & blue spacers
* Leather handle
* Finger grips (to be determineed)
* Brass butt cap (rounded)
* Model "C" sheath (waxed)

I think we should give this guy a wrist thong too...what do ya' think?
Wally? Email me or post the etching...Let me hear from the rest of ya'...but it looks like RH finger grips (unless the dude's left-handed)...
