I just got word that our own Guido was injured in some sort of biking accident! I know we all love this guy and wish him well...SO...Let's let him know.
Tony LaPetri has more details concerning what happend, where, when and how extensive Guido's injuries are, etc. I have spoken with Tony and he'll post up shortly.
For now: Guido, my Gumba...Take care of yourself and get in touch with us when you can.
Be well...God bless, Capt. Chris

It seems that Guido was out riding with some people on Sunday and was involved with other bicyclists in a collision.
He hit the asphalt pretty hard and broke his acetabulum ... a lower part of the pelvis. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acetabulum
He is ok but in traction. He will decide soon whether to have surgery or not. If he avoids the surgery, as he says,
he will have a long recovery with immobilization for 4-5 months.

I will keep us all up to date with info as I get it.

All The Best, Amico Mio!
Tony
