Well, today I received my shop sale Carving Set. If you don't have one, you really need one. I'll post pics later,but mine has the NS reduced hilt and aluminum/black spacers. Really pretty dark grey stag. Very impressive. I already have them in my BB&B cutlery block. I need for everyone to see them sitting on my granite counter. Now, where's that turkey that needs carving?
