I read that in the eBay ad...and I'm still telling you this is a rehandled/reground leather handle blade...u can tell/see that the stag has been shaped down to the fibers and not shaped together, just one of the tell tale signs of an altered knife..IMO...

I take it you are the owner sir, so where did you come across this knife and what was the story you got on it?, if you don't mind...
