Is the shop now etching the blades "A/I" when an "alternative ivory" material is used in the handle?

I saw the below knife on ebay. The listing information and photos indicate that the blade is so etched (next to the RMK stamp), and I wondered if this etching has become standard shop practice since the new ivory rules became effective on July 6, 2016?
