A couple of real nice knives Rob. Definitely good to have when going into harm's way.

Thanks to the good folks at Randall for getting this #16-SF to me so quickly so that it can be forwarded to a young Marine in Afganistan. I opened it long enough to take a couple of my "continue to be not so good pictures", securely repacked it along with some other things and forwarded it on to its new owner. Hope it helps to keep him and others safe.

Duke I will be keeping an eye open for that Marine toteing that fine weapon. I have only seen a couple RMK's this rotation. Last time I was here in the Stan they were all over the place.

another #16-SF that will head out to Afganistan this week. I'm still about 18 mos. away from the one that I've ordered for myself and can't wait. Man, these really feel outstanding and increadibly strong.

The WW1 helmet was worn by my grandpa who was the trigger man on a Browning, water cooled machinegun in the 314th Mach. Bat.
Seemed like an appropriate background.

Those are a couple of great looking knives. They will definitely be a plus for those going into Harm's Way.

I agree, If there was a way to improve the classic Model #1 its to make it a full tang, add stainless and a sweet micarta handle!
