Are you going to buy a 2009 Case/Bose? You going to put it away or carry it?

John,

Yupperie, I'm planning on getting one in Ebony, and it too will become one of my EDC's!

Its called a Norfolk....Opposing end, 2 Blade, master blade is a Wharncliffe, secondary blade is a small Clip, 3 3/4" Closed....this may be the perfect Case/Bose EDC.
Two kinds of Bone, Ebony, Abalone & Pearl.

Here is Case's picture of the Antique Bone.

And here is Case's picture of the Ebony.

Another Winner if you ask me!

I think I like the Ebony best myself.

Here is Case's picture of the other bone.

PeachSeed Jigged ChestNut Bone.

I love that one for sure! since i am really new here and you guy's seem to know most all things bose. Did case/bose really make the gardeners or lockback whittler? i have looked but can't find one for sale? well i did get offered a yukon.but the person wanted to trade for a watch. Which is fine as i own a jewelry store and am a watch nut myself..but he wanted one of my new seiko's we got in and dealer pricing was wayyyy more than i found the yukon on the net for. but are there any dealers that you guy's know of who might carry the older case/bose colab's?..thanks gary..

Hey Gary,
Yep ….they (Case) really made the Gardner and LockBack Whittler…and did a great job.

To find these older patterns, and the new ones, I think the best place to look at is eBay…IMHO.

Tony told me that these new ones will be hitting the streets in July…so keep a look out.

That ebony is pretty fine, but I think the antique bone is the one for me -- assuming I can get enough scratch to spare - things are a bit tight right now. Sigh.

I'm definitely going to carry it, just like I do with my lockback whittler and muskrat. I'm thinking that in addition to the antique bone that I might also pick up one in MOP. I think the Norfolk would look like a nice gentleman's knife in MOP.
