Rocky, I'm a one egg omelet fan. One egg, 1 slpat of milk, salt & pepper a shake of dried onion and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. I do't fold it. Just flip it in the pan and then slide it onto the plate.

Big Smiths, on HWY 154 between Yantis and Sulfur Springs has the best Beef Ribs.

They are “All you can eat” on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights for $20 or so.

Go on an empty stomach and don’t mess with the catfish, brisket, or anything else.

Their SPECIALTY is Beef Ribs and he does them right!

Big Smiths has a new building also. They are a couple miles closer to Sulfur Springs.
