One egg, 1 slpat of milk, salt & pepper a shake of dried onion and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. I do't fold it. They are “All you can eat” on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights for $20 or so. Go on an empty stomach and don’t mess with the catfish, brisket, or anything else.
