Thanks for the update on the steps and distance covered.
Yesterday, Z and I drove through Colorado catching the Aspens turning and revisiting various properties we have owned over the last 40 years.
Wow, Colorado population has exploded and new construction seems to be up in every mountain valley and ridge line.
