Larry Ducati Knife Enthusiast Registered: 03/27/17 Posts: 47 Loc: Phoenix AZ	Stainless- if I understand that the #6 grind is better for slicing and carving, then that will help against rusting and staining, as stated in the Randall guide, about the carving knife.
