Randall Knife in Orlando suggested I post to this forum to get feedback on a Randall knife that I've had since 1991 or so. I only have one knife so I'm trying to learn what I can about the engraver. I bought the knife from a now defunct gun shop in Broward County, Florida. I recall being told that the engraver was Ken Hurst and the knife does bear a KH mark on it. Can anyone tell me if Mr. Hurst engraved knives? I understand he was most noted for gun engraving. Thank you.

Thank you so much.
Any thoughts on where I might better post pics of this knife for commentary on rarity, value, etc? Its a Randall model 14 in stainless steel with a stabilized stag handle and KH engraved brass trimmings.

I have the first Pathfinder Mod. 26 that Bean sold. The first one is in the Randall museum but I don't remember it being etched with L.L.Bean. I will dig it out tomorrow and check. The knife was listed in the 1990 catalog for 235.00, I have two copies of the catalog, the prices were much better then.
