Sidney, if where you live is within the Charlottesville and Richmond counties, you might have to move, but if south of those counties, you'd be a part of West Virginia. A similar thing is happening in Oregon and northern California, who want to become a part of Idaho. We would welcome more conservative Republicans into our state.

Pappy I live south of those. Our biggest problem is that Fairfax county alone came negate all of our votes in southwest Va. I wonder if the Dems. can get reelected next time with all of the crazy stuff they are doing. So much damage will be done by then that we may not be able to recover!!

Thank goodness they shelved the proposed new gun laws that Bloomberg's puppet Gov. BLACKFACE was trying to get passed. I would not put anything past a Gov. that say's it is ok to kill a baby after it is born. He wanted to outlaw AR15's and mags that hold more than 12 rounds. He and Bloomberg would like to see registered all of our guns, if these had passed he would then go after our semi-autos and shotguns and pistols.

At least you're safe for now, but November should be interesting in VA.

Thank goodness we may get to dodge being declared felons Sidney, for now. I'll not stop worrying until this session is declared adjourned. And yep Pappy perhaps in November some of these bums & liars running so many things into the ground can be thrown out. We'll see. I really have no desire to move or merge with West VA, though, as they certainly have plenty of their own problems.
If only I was willing to turn loose of a few of my extra billions of bucks so that I could buy my way into running the State/Country..........sigh........

Crutch--

Based on reliable info?

As you know, the ordinary citizen of NYC cannot get a permit to own, let alone carry, a handgun.

But...famous and powerful people are allowed to, including movie stars, politicians, and I don't know who else. Trump said that he carries one, which he could only have done as a resident of NYC if he had a permit.

Even Pelosi had a carry permit and handgun at one point.
