This Crawfish "Castle" is over a foot high.

I took this picture in my creek bottom. There are literally hundreds or maybe thousands of them and they are all this tall. I've never seen this many this tall like this before.

Is this a reflection of the wet Spring we just had or an indicator of a long dry spell ahead?

I know one thing. That crawfish must be 10 feet down!
