Coach I have bought from AG a couple of knives marked Made in China and they were top notch. AG had found a maker in China that made top quality knives. The fit and finish was excellent as was the steel used. For the price you might want to check one out.

Maybe this? The best knife of 1998 (according to some magazine, it seems) - Kershaw Random Tusk 1510 They are still quite a lot on ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/163541828193https://www.ebay.com/itm/254126305012https://www.ebay.com/itm/264195821738It was made in the USA, steel 440V (S60V), titanium frame, scales G10. It is made no worse than many custom ones, although it is a mass production. The only minus is the top blade shape is more modern than you want.

GEC makes a US-made liner locking wharny, but it's not a swayback.
Their Model 99 (990118) Wall Street was released in 2018, and came with scales of elk, American Chestnut or orange jigged bone.
There's usually a few available on ebay, or you can check the GEC website which lists their authorized dealers.
Good luck with the hunt.

I’ve been looking for one of these model 99s in Elk and it appears that they all sold out like hot cakes as soon as they came available after the production run. I’m going to keep looking though. Surely one will turn up.
