Thanks to everyone for their input. I have managed to post new photos, using Google, despite the "security threat" warning that pops up. AOL? Nope! No success with that dinosaur. If I didn't have so much business attachment to AOL already, I'd drop it like a bad habit!

You mentioned that the webmaster suggested using a different browser. I use Firefox and it just started acting up. I switched to Chrome and was able to download pictures.

I only use an iPad and can never get an image to post

I can't speak for Apple products, I'm an Android rat. I think iTunes would have a suitable picture resizing app that would work well for you. I have no issues uploading from my phone or tablet. Just make sure your resized image is about 200kb and it should upload without a problem. Hope this helps.

The pics I take with my Iphone
are very large and at times alive
I email them to myself
and then have an opportunity to send small, medium or large
medium usually works well
Then I save them and post

The pics I took of my last folder, that you resized, were taken with my Wife’s iPad. I resized them on the iPad. I thought they were small enough, but I guess not. How did you resize them for me?
I am fairly inept at this photography “stuff.”

I saved your images to my phone, resized with my picture app, then uploaded from the picture resizing folder.
That's all I did and it seems to work.

Also, every pic I upload has to go through the resizing app. Doesn't matter if it's an image from my camera file or something I downloaded. If it's larger than 200kb, not going to upload; you get an error message.
