Back in '71 down the beach from us a 6' blue shark got stranded in shallow water when the tide went out. It happens more than you think. _________________________ Warren

W Polidori Knife Enthusiast Registered: 02/09/16 Posts: 5791 Loc: Central New York	Tony, Early days of shark fishing for me out of Shinnecock Inlet 25-30 miles offshore, we'd catch, tag and release alot of sharks, many were blue shark. They are the most lethargic non fighting fish. They pretty much couldn't care less. We'd release them only to catch them again. Mako, Tigers, White, Hammerhead, different story. Caught numerous Mako's trolling for Tuna. Mako on, party on. Better be on your game. Mako's can be pretty sporty and unpredictable. Fun old times. Mr. Blue Marlin hanging on my wall had a birthday Aug 4. He's now 34. _________________________ Warren
