I had to go to Dallas this past weekend to attend my Granddaughter's 2nd birthday party at a city park. Its been 40 years since I had been to that part of town so I did not know for sure what to expect.

I stuck my Kimber micro 380 in my comfortable blue jeans pocket for "just in case" because these days you just never know.

With my shirt tail out, it was completely concealed. And, I've carried bigger knives than that in my pocket so it was almost unnoticeable even to me.

Now, I know that a 380 isn't the most lethal round, but its better than nothing and with the right load, it is more than you think. Besides that, I had my 1911 close by in my truck.

Now if I start wearing them "skinny jeans" it might be a different story as far as concealment. That's never gonna happen!

Yep. Sure is. I changed to grips out to keep from scratching the stock zebra wood since I knew I was going to carry it.

I bought it from a Dallas Police Officer who was expecting his 5th child. He said he had put about 1,000 rounds through it and it had NEVER malfunctioned.

Coach a 380 is a lethal round, I have more faith in the shooter than the round.
Yes the caliber helps but a well placed first round is like the first punch in a fist fight.
It wins 9 out of 10.

Chief & Warren:

Y’all are both right.

I’m damned sure I don’t want to take a round from this weapon!
