Something tells me that you're the new Wizard Rocky.
I like that and I know you're up to the task.

Piddling around this morning, thought this may fit here, with the AGM thread...the Capt preaches about this quite often, and here is a great example....This is a #10 that was a re handle by BMK a couple years ago...was, and came to me as AGM....now it's ADDM(antique do do micarta) care should be given to this material....all is not equal

Rocky,

Here's a BMK that I purchased second hand several years ago and it's a kitchen staple around here. Not certain if it started as AGM but it looks similar to yours. I actually like it.

Warren....my picture looks better than it really is....it's more to the dodo side of the color range. Now, not that there's anything wrong with the color of dodo, I'm sure many like the color....and as you mention, you bought yours that way, not knowing if it was a different color prior. I, on the other hand, wanted AGM, which was short lived.
just so ya know, if I sold it today, I would advertise the color to be dodo, or hockey...hockey has a more appealing flow(no pun) to it, I might use hockey...maybe it's AHM....

Here is a handle comparison of Old Yeller. One side expose to UV over time and the other not.
