This is a collaboration knife between Mr. Mudbone and James, called appropriately the "HellBilly". Mud made mention of it to me, then Grant sent pictures of the form they use when forging the blade. The story told to me was Mud designed the knife, James does the steel work, and of course Mr. Mud performed his magic with the leather.

That was about the extent of what I knew when the order was placed. Just let the two artists do their thing, this is the end result.

Not as big as Mr. Tom's scimitar is, but it's still a handful of steel. Compared against an RMK 12/8. A shout-out Thank-You to the Ramking for loaning the 12/8 for pictures.

The knife weighs in at 1.3 oz, is 13-7/8" in length and 2-1/8" at it's widest point.

Michael,

Anything with a Mudbone Sheath is a special knife. Like the blade finish and handle wrap.

Wow, first time hearing about this one Mike. Great looking package. Really like the paracord wrapped full tang. Should be a workhorse.

I was fortunate enough to be in the shop just after this beasts birthday and on a day with, Tom's Scimatar, some Monstrous W.P. knife, Kyle AND 2 cases of Missoula's finest!!!!

A VERY good, day it was!
