Mock scrape, dripper over his head. Tough to see in the dark. Been using the same dripper for years in the same spot. I just leave it there all year.

Those drippers are awesome. Our rut is full speed right now, and gun season starts Saturday. I’m hunting horns since freezer full of Elk, so I may not shoot one, but love to get out.

A friend that lives about a mile from us sent me this picture of some bear scat that the critter left right by his porch. He wear a size 10 shoe as comparison.

My daughter saw a big black bear that crossed in front of her one night a couple of weeks ago. I went and bought a bear tag, just in case.

Walking around in the brush in north central Ontario, we found piles of that stuff that indicated the bears were "going" in the same places time after time.

Maybe if you leave that stuff there and just stake it out your bear will return to the scene?
