Being as it is the holiday, I will not "make the call" on the choices we have, so far. Having said that: Below is a couple of pics of a pair of knives, which I have featured in prior posts. Made up at different times but "used" together, and/or in tandem, this pair has seen some serious usage over a couple of decades...(or better)! Keep in mind, crew: A RMK Model #7-5", #6 grind, in stainless, with amboyna uses up "3" options! We only have "2" options left if this is how we are going...(just sayin') Stay sharp, Capt.
