Loc: the other side of the earth
My friend gave it to me, as a gift.
He gave the task not to store it on the shelf - be used in full.

Forged steel 52100 with zone-hardening (60-62 HRc max)
The difference between hardening zones has a clear boundary,
due to the light etching
Handle perhaps maple, maybe not
Bolster and spacers - copper M1 (US C11000 & C12200)
Spacers - red plastic

The blade is thin, honestly, I'm afraid to give a strong lateral load.
But it cuts materials easily.
Handle something between the border patrol and the standard handle
on Randall.
Very comfortable, but very slippery, if you take wet or greasy hands,
almost like the Bark River with G10.
In general, I am very satisfied smile

Some photos on a cloudy day

Curious cat, but closer than 3 meters does not fit

Interesting effect on photo - when a flash or a flashlight is working,
everything is getting darker than it really is.
Without a flash or a backlight, everything is brighter than it really is))

You have some neat classic used knives, and nice to see a cat looking as a cat over there, rather than expected wooly mammoth. Bet the new knife cuts as a laser beam, too.

New toy mine own self, but no time until next day or two.
