I thought I would share my Collection of Military Browning Hi-Powers.

1) Pre WW II Belgian High Power Military Pistol. Pistol is a slotted rear grip strap and tangent rear sight model with the correct Belgian proofed board stock and holster combination.

2) Belgian Large double holster rig that houses both a numbered stock and a pre war High Power Pistol.

3) WW II German / Nazi High Power pistol which was produced in 1941 in the captured Belgian Fabrique National factory located in Liege.

4) Argentina Post War Military / Police Issue High Power Pistol

5) WWII Canadian No. 2 Mk 1 High Power Military Pistol

6) WW II Canadian "Mk 1*" Inglis High Power Pistol

Nice collection, always loved the BHP. What kind of markings do you have on #3?

Thanks Dwight, Waffen eagle markings on slide and mags. The Germans felt there was no need for the Magazine safety feature, so the German made High Powers will fire a round without a magazine in place.

They made around 300,000 there during the course of the war but you don't see that many around these days. The Mauser-Obendorf & DWM guys actually helped set up the plant after they took it over. Nice piece.

Nice. I picked up a FEG clone for short money years ago and love it; the finish is particularly good.

An unrefinished Inglis at a reasonable price is a long-held pipe dream of mine...
