Great idea Warren, I thought I would add a Bad-Azz Folders thread too.

Latest Flipper Models from Direware S-96 and M8

S-96 - BLADE LENGTH: 3.25 inches
M8 - BLADE LENGTH: 3.41 inches
Both:
BLADE: Bohler M390
FRAME: Full Ti Frame with Dual Bolstered Carbon Fiber Inlays

also pic'd a Sig Compact P320 .45 acp and a surefire flashlight.

Warren, Finest quality for a Tactical Folder. Made in the good ole USA. Ohio to be exact. Almost impossible to get directly from Direware. A few can be found on eBay, but all will be marked up at least 50 percent.

I believe SE Asia. I contacted Levine some years ago and that was his assessment. My Father got it in an antique shop sometime in the 60's. It was probably used as a cane knife as such but it has other potential.

That's a pretty cool looking gadget. It almost looks Egyptian or Ethiopian to me - I only base that on seeing similar finishes / workmanship in some shops over there. Never saw one quite like that though - nice.
