Starting with a story, I was recently at the Blade Show and saw that Tony and Reese Bose were having a drawing to buy one of their knives. I have always admired their folders, so I put my name in for one of Reese's knives. I went to the room at the right time and much to my surprise, my name was picked for a Panama Trapper. If you were picked and didn't want the knife, the would draw another name. I don't know why you would put your name in if you didn't want one, but that is me.
Not expecting to get picked, I didn't have enough cash or a check, but I made arrangements to send a check as soon as I got home, and the knife arrived today. It is a big knife, over 4.5 inches folded and it is amazing. Here are some photos

Peter

Heck, Peter...

I would have taken the knife off your hands at the show!

Nice pick.

Looking at the pics, you did the correct thing and
provided a new home for a superb knife.

Thanks guys

Rod, I wasn't sure I would keep it because it isn't ironwood.
Just kidding, once I was drawn and saw it, I knew it would be mine. Really superb fit and finish

Reese makes a fantastic Panama Trapper. I have one in bark elephant ivory and I love it. Yours is a great knife for sure.
