The fossil cleaver is a heavy brute. The wouldn't be one you'd want to wear. That blade is 3/8" steel. I'm still planning on a sheath however. Back burner for now.

I figure it this way, by the time I'm ready for the nursing home, I'll have more than enough knives to get the head chef job. grin
