This was my grandpas user model 8-4 bird and trout. He loved this knife and I do too. I need to fix the male end of the snap and I intend to use it to clean grouse this fall. I hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoy the knife!as far as I can tell he picked this up around 1965 and paid $20.

That’s been very well taken care of over the decades and in beautiful shape. To have such a precious heirloom from you grandfather makes it priceless for you I’m sure. Every time you wear it and use it, he’s with you.

That's exactly why I intend to use and enjoy this one DeltaMike! He had incredible taste in knives and firearms and this being his user Randall makes it very special for me.
