Ranger Green 10-5 - 02/15/19 07:24 PM

A couple of you may remember, a few years back at the RKCC meeting at BLADE... My overly enthusiastic wife OUTBID me on a green micarta 10-5 that cousin Billy Poyner had donated. It's her favorite "household utility" knife now, and tonight she's using it to make homemade fruitcake cookies. Dawg if they not pretty good too!

But do you get any cookies? They look like a great cookie, how about a recipe.

Just so you know the Sour Milk is Buttermilk. I cook them for 12 minutes in my oven. You have to be careful and don't go to long, or they are too hard. It makes a good bit of cookies. But so worth it. They keep good as long as you keep them air tight container.

Cool! Hope you make it. I would love to try it. I love me some rum cake. I have made one, one time and I put just a little more rum more than it called for!! I am planning on bringing some goodies with me this year.

Dennis, I would allow Wally to use it, providing I approve what he is using it for! LOL!! I think he may be afraid to use since I outbid him on it!
