Man I wondered the same thing, definitely has green in it with light but appears black most of the time.. The up-close pic that appears green I had the flash on.
I'm not sure I'm gonna be able to sell mine. Had thought about it but just don't think I can do it

Black will look green like that, exposed to light.it's black micarta.

I have a 14 and a 15 with the same micarta handle material. Looks green at some angles/lighting and black others. Mine are a little older with JRB sheaths.
