elk/stag/buffalo horn are perfect for me , but buffalo is super . if you want steel use damast. the different color that all materials will be very good

thanks everyone really great ideas much appreciated, but i dont have money to spend and no clue as to what a 'wrist thong hole'
is, im gonna go for no.3. The wood im using is readily available to me and is free.
