Heath Custom Knife - 07/23/20 07:35 PM

Hey all,

Was wondering if anyone knows anything about this knife I inherited. I know it’s made by Pete Heath and was purchased new in the 60s by my grandfather. It’s essentially a Randall 3-5 copy and it has an HH Heiser sheath with stone as well. Knife blade is 6 1/8” long brass hilt and butt cap with coco bolo handle. Can anyone tell me anything about Mr. Heath? Are these tough to find or desired? Any idea on value? Thanks gang!

I don’t know anything about the knife, or the maker, but it’s a great looking knife otherwise. If you inherited it, you’ve got quite a treasure there sir..

Really nice looking knife. I know I’d really consider it a treasure if I’d inherited it from a grandfather. I knower you said coco bolo and pictures can’t tell ya BUT it also looks like really nice rosewood.

Thanks Guys. It's a really nice knife. I also inherited my grandfathers Randall's (25 Randalls from early 1960- present). I am very fortunate to have inherited them and even more fortunate to have been given the opportunity to learn about custom knives from him. Just wish I had more time with him to learn about some of the knives I never knew he had
