Olive wood and red wine

I spend too much time looking at and dreaming about unique wood for RMK. My wife and I are in Portugal now, Spain later in the month. I see tons of olive trees and think, man what would those burls look like on a RMK.

Then all the vineyards and I think of our friend Tony!!
