Bond Arms Sale - 02/04/20 01:35 PM

Bond has an ad in the latest Concealed Carry magazine and are selling their Roughneck 9mm for $269, and their Rowdy 45LC/410 for $299.
Their number is 817-573-4445

Pretty good price for a lot of gun.

RK (Rural King) has been selling that Roughneck for $269 (45-410) for about 6 months now, online purchases only. I read that it's just not as finished off as nice as the other models. Would probably make for a good truck gun at that price though.

Glocks are selling like hotcakes, at least here in Idaho they are.

Overall, both a dealer's stores and at gun shows, sales are way down. I attend quite a few and have spoken with Marion Hammer (former President of the NRA) and she confirms what I have been seeing. Tulsa was "down" for all I spoke to also.
Unfortunately, like a lot of things us old timers like, the times they are a changin'.
Best, Capt. Chris

I have heard people saying the same on gun sales, but the NICS data does not support that sentiment.

Here is a link to a site which shows 2019 as a record year with the 4th quarter of the year being the strongest.

Down in my house, I did not purchase a firearm in 2019.

The last one was a Colt Light Rifle in .270Win that still hasn't been to the range. Bought it in Nov 2018 from a board member here.

I think online sales continue to be strong and are probably impacting brick/mortar and gun show sales......typically much better deals are to be had in the cyber-world. Same reason physical retail stores are closing everywhere, all the time. I still like attending gun shows and shopping in local stores, but end up purchasing online.....the savings is usually significant, and the inventory is unlimited.

If VA passes the House Bills just out of committee last week; to vote on this week there will be really huge, impactful, changes in my state that will affect gun sales in many, many ways. Really didn't think things would change this drastically, and personally impactful, in my life time. It's a good time to pay attention....& buckle up & hang on to your hat. A lot of us law abiding citizens of the Commonwealth may become criminals without leaving the house or doing anything.
Things are getting weirder and weirder.

Duke
I see some serious discussions on the major part of Virginia being annexed to West Virginia. Have you heard about this move?
